1. About Our Services
BD Online Quran Classes provides online Quran and Islamic education, including but not limited to Noorani Qaida, Quran Reading with Tajweed, Complete Hifz, Part-Time Hifz, Quran Translation & Tafseer, Islamic Studies, and Arabic Language courses. All classes are conducted online through video calling platforms by our team of trained teachers.
2. Enrollment and Registration
To enroll in a course, you must provide accurate and complete information, including the student’s name, age, and contact details of a parent or guardian for students under 18. You are responsible for keeping your account and contact information up to date. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel enrollment at our discretion, including in cases of incomplete information or misuse of our services.
3. Free Trial Classes
We offer free trial classes for prospective students to experience our teaching before enrolling in a paid course. Free trial classes are subject to availability and may be limited to one trial class per student per course. A free trial class does not obligate you to enroll in a paid course, and enrollment does not obligate us to continue offering free trials for additional courses.
4. Fees and Payment
Course fees, payment methods, and billing cycles will be communicated to you before enrollment. Fees must be paid according to the schedule agreed upon at the time of enrollment. Failure to make timely payment may result in suspension or cancellation of classes. Any changes to our fee structure will be communicated in advance and will not affect fees already agreed upon for a current billing cycle.
5. Class Scheduling and Attendance
Class timing is arranged based on mutual availability between the student and assigned teacher. We ask that students and parents provide advance notice when a scheduled class needs to be rescheduled or canceled. Repeated absences without notice may affect class scheduling priority or continuation of the course. We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule missed classes but cannot guarantee availability for every rescheduling request.
6. Refund Policy

7. Teacher Assignment
We assign teachers to students based on course type, student level, scheduling availability, and, where applicable, gender preference for female students requesting female teachers. While we aim to maintain consistency with the same teacher throughout a course, we reserve the right to reassign a student to a different qualified teacher when necessary, such as due to teacher availability or scheduling conflicts.
8. Code of Conduct
Students, parents, and teachers are expected to communicate respectfully and professionally at all times. We do not tolerate abusive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior toward our teachers or staff, and we reserve the right to suspend or terminate enrollment in cases of serious or repeated conduct violations. Similarly, we hold our teachers to a high standard of professionalism, and any concerns about a teacher’s conduct should be reported to us immediately through our Contact page.
9. Use of Our Website
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of others or restrict anyone else’s use of the website. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our website, systems, or related platforms.
